What is heavy-wall tubing
Heavy wall tubing is a specialized type of tubing known for its robust construction and durability. Unlike standard tubing, heavy wall tubing boasts thicker walls, which enhance its ability to withstand high pressures, mechanical stresses, and challenging environments. This tubing is a critical component in various industries, including oil and gas, construction, aerospace, and automotive.
One of the primary advantages of heavy wall tubing is its strength. It is designed to handle extreme conditions, making it suitable for applications where standard tubing might fail. This allows heavy wall tubing to meet the demands of diverse industries and ensures its adaptability in harsh and corrosive environments, such as offshore drilling rigs and marine applications.
LSHN is under the category heavy-wall.
