EN 45545-2: European railway normative related to fire protection on railway vehicles. This European normative (EN) is the only valid normative related to fire protection on railway vehicles. The norm defines a hazard level (HL) for each component of the rolling stock. There are three hazard levels where HL3 is the highest class. The Mass Transit Tag comply to the requirement set R22 (interior) and R23 (exterior). The matrial complies with the most demanding norms for Smoke toxicity, smoke density , oxygen index. The EN norm now creating leading standard for other norms like BS6853.

One construction for optimised printing and easy picking
Here at Link Solutions your cable marking needs can be met through the ZH material being converted into all in one construction cable markers or tags. They are fixed to the cable or wire bundles using cable ties at both ends. The ZH material is produced with environmental vaste in mind where the construction function as the carrier too. The markers are partially perforated for easy picking each individuel marker after printing. Ideal to identify wireharnesses and thick cable bundles. Available in white and yellow and produced in three sizes. Other sizes and shapes upon request.
Optimised for on-site thermal transfer label printing. Easy to identify large series of cable labels using a label printer with Nicelabel software.
